Measured in order, not in a rush

Fine line work shows every hesitation. A wobble that a bold outline would hide stays visible in a fine line for good. That’s why our training follows a fixed order, and each stage has to hold before the next one starts.

STAGE ONE

Drawing first

A line you can’t draw with confidence won’t come out right in skin. Students start on paper, working on composition, scale and flow, so they understand the design before they tattoo it.

STAGE TWO

Machine & needle control

Next comes the equipment: setting up a machine, choosing a needle for the job, and building the grip, stretch and hand speed that keep a line even from start to finish.

Applied technique

With a steady hand and a clear design, students put it together. Clean line work, fine detail at small scale, and the habits that catch a fault before it reaches skin.

Precision means little without clean studio practice. Hygiene isn’t an extra module you pick up at the end. It runs through every course, from how a workstation is set up and covered to infection control and how equipment is handled after a session.
